Monthly inspection: check the lubrication of the X, y, and z-axis tracks to ensure that the track surface is well lubricated. Check and clean the limit switch and bumper. Half-year inspection: disassemble the three-axis chip guard, clean the three-axis oil pipe joint, ball screw, and three-axis limit switch to check whether it is normal. Check whether the hard track wiper blades of each axis are working properly. Check whether the servo motors and magnetic heads of each axis work normally, and whether there are abnormal noises. Replace the hydraulic device oil and mechanism oil of the tool magazine reducer. Test the clearance of each axis and adjust the compensation amount if necessary.
